At Gadgetrixo, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or customer negligence
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, opened, or are missing original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@gadgetrixo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if damaged.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Step 4: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing. Contact support@gadgetrixo.com immediately with your order number.
