Orders & payments

How do I place an order? +

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order enters processing and changes may not be possible.

Is it safe to shop on Gadgetrixo? +

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. Your personal and payment information is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties. You can shop with complete confidence.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Will I receive a confirmation after ordering? +

How long does delivery take? +

How do I track my order? +

You can track your order status anytime by visiting the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by checking your order history if you created an account at checkout.

My tracking has not updated in several days. What do I do? +

Tracking may pause during international transit or customs clearance — this is normal. Please wait 3–5 additional business days.

If still no update, contact us at support@gadgetrixo.com and we will investigate immediately.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties? +

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.


Returns & refunds

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

To start a return, email us at support@gadgetrixo.com with your order number and reason for return.

How long do refunds take? +

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do? +

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gadgetrixo.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required for damaged items.

I received the wrong item. What happens now? +

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost within 24–48 hours of your message.
